Smoked Mackerel Dip (Version 3)

Ingredients

2 Smoked Mackerel Fillets (about 1 1/2  lbs) 1 cup sour cream 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp minced onion 2 Tbsp chopped chives dash  ground cloves ½ tsp salt pepper to taste ¼ tsp crushed dried rosemary 1 Tbsp chopped parsley   Makes about 1 Cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate. Chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
