2 Smoked Mackerel Fillets (about 1 1/2 lbs) 8 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup minced onion 1 rib minced celery ½ cup minced Bell pepper ½ tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced 1 Tbsp Mayo 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate. Makes about 2 Cups
