2 Smoked Mackerel Fillets (about 1 1/2 lbs) 1 Tbsp minced onion 1 Tbsp minced celery 1 Tbsp minced sweet pickles ½ tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced 1 Tbsp minced parsley 1 ½ tsp mustard ½ Cup Mayo Worcestershire sauce to taste Tabasco sauce to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate. Makes about 1 Cup
